Upgrades

Each NFT has the option of being upgraded, improving their stats and potentially earning new ones.

In total there are 7 rank upgrades, and NFTs start at rank 0, each being instant once bought (and have a cd of 1 turn for the next upgrade?) where $INC is used to move the spy NFT up the ranks.

Each rank is upgraded instantly, but you must wait 1 turn between upgrades.
